Nicole Midori Woodford is a doctor-filmmaker at the Armenian Clinic

Dr. Woodford is a sincere and nurturing psychoanalyst who has a great interest in working with patients who have found themselves growing increasingly cynical or confused by life's great distractions. With a background of incredible analytical skills and a keen intuition, she is able to diagnose conditions swiftly and exactingly.

She also comes with self-deprecating humour to defray any anxiety on the client's part.

Therapist Bio

Having graduated with her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts (Hons) in Digital Filmmaking, Nicole Midori Woodford has been working in the Singaporean film industry as a director, writer and editor on both independent and commercial works. She is an alumnus of the 8th Berlinale Talent Campus and joined the Asian Film Academy at the Busan International Film Festival in 2010, during which she won the Asian Film Academy Prize for Outstanding Performance. As a filmmaker, she explores parallel threads between people of differing backgrounds and the latent spaces in-between. Her latest short film made its world premiere at the 20th Busan International Film Festival in 2015, as part of the Asian Short Film Competition in the Wide Angle section. Her first feature film, You Are Here, was selected to participate in the inaugural edition of SEAFIC 2016-2017.
