Brazilian Toe Massage, hosted by Tan Li-Anne
This class is part of The School of Uncommon Knowledge
This is a really nifty tool to say "I care" to a loved one. This technique, that was introduced by Jose de Aragao, is a simple and effective means for pain management, relaxation, insomnia and even water retention. The technique was reportedly introduced at a natural health conference called Touch for Health in the 1980s. Li-Anne will also cover other simple self care techniques from Kinesiology and Energy Psychology during the session.
