Conscript Conscripts: Creating Your Own Writing System, hosted by Eugene Koh
This class is part of The School of Uncommon Knowledge
In this class, students will be invited to create their own writing systems by drawing on inspirations from existing writing systems and neographies. Students will need writing materials (even coloured pens if you want!) and lots and lots of paper.
About Eugene Koh
Aside from being a constructed script hobbyist, Eugene is an avid writer of scripts for the theatre. He is currently studying in NUS Theatre Studies, and his scripts have been variously workshopped by Pangdemonium’s Play Right 2015 program and SRT’s Play Devising program in the same year. He has many other hobbies as well, from banknote collecting to film photography to steam trains, and he is always delighted to share his excitement for his hobbies with people around him.
Eugene is a proud alumnus of Chung Cheng High School (Main)'s English Drama Society.
