Grace Under Fire: Humane Handling of Cat Issues in the Community, hosted by Veron Lau, from Cat Welfare Society

This class is part of The School of Uncommon Knowledge

Yes, it's about cats but so much more. The Cat Welfare Society has been active in the community for over 10 years handling feedback and complaints about cats for Town Councils, government agencies and members of the public. They started out wanting to change the way people approached community issues. What they have learnt and applied has in many ways made an impact in the way society view the vulnerable.

About Veron Lau

Veron Lau is a committee member of the Cat Welfare Society. In her 7 years with the charity, she has dealt with all manner of government in hopes of making them all more humane and to choose humane when they are dealing with community complaints and feedback about cats. She has been equal parts enriched, made stronger and thwarted in these years and possibly made slightly mad. Beware.
